next-gen.biz have an article up about the class action lawsuit that is being taken against MS for bricking 360.
The one thing that I didn't understand was the lawyers argument;

How is the related to modding your hardware / MS trying to stop you, if you did throw your 360 off the top of a building you wouldn't expect MS to fix it for free, you'd have to go buy a new one.
It might be because I'm from the UK but I don't get this whole suing everyone for anything that seems to happen everyday in the US.
