i just got an xbox 360 and when i put in an 360 game it says please put this game into a x box 360 ??
and when i put in a normal x box game it says wrong version??
need an update do i have to go thro my pc i tried that and my xbox could not find my ip or something??

There seems to be a problem with the dvd firmware. You'll just have to return the 360 to where you bought it and get a new one in it's place. _________________________________________________________ Predtech

I agree with Pred m8
i've got a 360 with sammy drive
had bad flash/FW and kept getting
same message, reflashed FW to 4.1a
and all my backup that said, " put in 360 to
play all worked after reflash.
so i'd say, is it orig FW? or flashed?
if flashed try reflashing to latest version 4.2a/b or 2.3 8 in 1 (if hitachi)
if original FW return to store/seller and get new box.
Also the 360 is not like the old box as there is NO dash/network
compatable homebrew at this time.
