my dog chewed the end off of my 360 slim power brick. the end that plugs into 360. i bought a 360 power adapter cord that plugs into old 360 power brick and plugs into 360 slim. i cut the end off to wire it to slim power brick. my power brick cord has 7 wires coming out of it (two yellow, two black,one red, one blue, one grey) and the adapter socket only has 4 wires (red ,white, green,black) how do i wire the socket to the power brick cord? thanks in advance for any help given.
I would highly advise AGAINST doing this. Unless you know what you are doing (which it sounds like you don't) you shouldn't even attempt this. So many things could do wrong, including a potential fire hazard if you wire it up wrong.
Just buy a new power supply from an Xbox 360 Slim and call it a day _________________________________________________________

i did it and it works fine. i been modding xb** since the original came out. never messed up one. i was seeing if someone out there mightta messed one up trying this. the xb** is no diff than windows just diff file system. so easy a caveman can do it.
