This video will show you how to get 5 Sonic & Knuckles achievements plus some gameplay.

Achievements are Two Sided, Extra! Extra!, Please Continue, Chaos Emerald, Extra Hedgehog.

Thanks mate. Yeah I'm a pretty hardcore Sonic Fan.

Used Knuckles in this to shake it up a bit.

So that is all the Mega Drive/Genesis Sonic series done. For now.
