Man I gotta say when I rented this game I was really thinking this was not going to be a great experience....but I like to give games a chance. I am very glad I did. Alan Wake will shake you to your core and leave you wanting more in scary anticipation of the next encounter. From start to finish I was never bored or impatient with this game...I was eagerly awaiting the next experience with anticipation and dread. If you haven't played this game yet do yourself a favor and do so with all haste. It's that amazing!

nice overview reb. I have been trying to rent this game myself so i can check it out too, glad to hear you like it.. The story sounds like it's been put together very well and was hoping to hear that the game itself was good..
I know the DLC was very popular. _________________________________________________________ HQ Network:

I was expecting more from this game I must say. I was expecting more daily gameplay...
My favorite part was the city combats when you tag with the police woman.
The last part of the game all I wanted is to get to end to see what was going to happen because the story is pretty cool
Also the part in the clinic is pretty cool too _________________________________________________________

I've only just had time to start playing this game, and i must admit i am enjoying it so far after only playing like 2hrs or so.. The story itself is great and sucks you right in so I guess i will be collecting all my coffee cylinders and stuff now, and check out the rest of the story.

well worth the money, as you would expect from a microsoft game studios title.. two thumbs up from me!
I loved the game expect that fighting those things in florest gets a little repetitive but the story forces you to kept going until you reach the end of the game _________________________________________________________
