The US congress has just ruled that it is not illegal ot jailbreak your Iphone and run any apps you want on it, and it does not infringe any apple copyrights. So basically developers of apps that had their apps rejected by apple can now have their apps run on iphone anyway now with no fear of apple trying to punish anyone.
I am wondering if these kind of rullings could be made with microsoft and the Xbox. Perhaps preventing Microsoft from punishing people who modify their xboxs, Punishments such as banning consoles.
When you agree to connecting to Xbox 360, you agree to not modifying your console/go online with a modified console. So, they do have the right to ban you. Now, making modifying a Xbox 360 illegal is just a bunch of bull crap.
But the point is: Is that XBL term legal? It shouldn't be the console is mine I pay for it _________________________________________________________

You pay for the 360 so mod away but i like the banning of mod 360s from live since it keeps the playing field nice and level.

well dam only if they could make the games affordable like $30.00 a game i would not see anyone really modding there consoles to play pirated games at all then cus it is affordable for people. But it is nice to be able to burn the backup copys of your originals and store them away so the kids or friends dont break or scratch them. But yea who knows lmao. _________________________________________________________ The one the only Scarface!!
