yeah free, there's always Hexic...But as far as cheap games, I would like to see some quality games come to xbox live arcarde. Marble blast ultra is worth the 1200 or so points. games with a little depth.
On another note, doesn't forza have licensed cars that take major damage?? _________________________________________________________

I've only messed about with that Hexic, which seems quite good fun if not a little harsh on the eyes after a while. I've just not managed to draw myself to buy any credz to buy anything off Live yet.
Call me cheap, but i was hoping you could use your gamer exp points to buy stuff. But i guess with people using in-build cheats you could easily circumnavigate that.
I think its quite shocking the difference between games and the points dished out, take Burnout for example. You score very low points for most achievements, around 15/20/25 and a lot (not all) are pretty harsh to get.
Then you have games like Blazing Angels that start at around 100 points per achievement. I guess this is a good thing tho, if not a little unbalanced.
Just on a side note here.. There was a load of us playing PGR3 and Burnout online last night and the difference between the two styles are quite amazing, I found Burnout 100% more fun to play than PGR3 where as a few others liked the errm 'stable, safe' gameplay of PGR3.
Personally I found it to restricting and pretty boring, I mean its that thrilling people are having full blown conversations while errrm 'Burning?' around the tracks!? There just did not seem the intensity and 'On the Rails..' feeling you got with Burnout.
As for Forza, I really cannot remember impwiz. _________________________________________________________ JAy3k1

So have any of you guys played the Test Drive demo yet? Whats your thoughts and first impressions?
I was playing it a little earlier on and I think its about as good as I thought it would be, yup its a demo and does not represent the full game. But you still get a good feel for what you can do and general gameplay.
Probably need to spend a little longer on it, but i was not too impressed by anything that I saw. Thats not to say I don't like it, but it does have a kind of 'Outrun' feel to it. You know that arcade sense of gameplay, loads of flashy graphics, no depth.
And i just know that reverse is going to bug the hell out of me. Its bad enough when you crash and have to slam a car in reverse without having to hit the reverse button twice for it to engage.. I'll be screaming all sorts of 4 lettered words at the screen.
But i'll have to spend a little more time on it tomorrow to make a final opinion. _________________________________________________________ JAy3k1
