I just registered so hello to all, i just bought the new 250gig elite forza 3 bundle and want to transfer from my 20gig hdd to the new 250 hdd, i bought the transfer kit from ebay but instead of getting the official transfer disc i got a cd loaded with xploerer360, xport360 etc and the worst guide ive ever seen. Both drives show up on my windows vista pc im using explorer360 so no problem there, i backed up my 20gig hdd to my pc. Ive had a look around on the net and most are saying i have to simply transfer the contents folder over to the new 250g drive, my main question is do i replace and overwrite the 250g contents folder with my 20g contents folder as there is some content files on the 250 drive already, & im not sure if they are important files.
I would appreciate it if someone could show me a complete guide on how to transfer my 20g to new 250g using xplorer360

Sorry i missed your post..
I would suggest trying to find an oriinal xbox 360 transfer kit from microsoft.. You can call them and they should still send a transfer cable pack out to you for free..
If not try ebay..
The other product you purchased is more for backing up gamesaves and information to your PC, and not for transfering DATA like games, videos etc to your new hdd.
Most files on the 360 are digitally signed and when you transfer them over to the new console they will become corrupted and may even ban you for editing the hdd..
