Cheers hobbs, glad I was able to help =) Hobbs, if you hit X at the end of the match you'll get your kills and deaths, took me a while to figure out but look at the bottom of the screen and you can continue to check out the match stats. _________________________________________________________ Xbox V1.3

It also took me a while to figure how to spawn on my squad, I was running around all over the place looking for my teammates instead of hitting Y after I died. I died a whole bunch of times not doing that, I was spawning on a enemy flag surrounded by the other team getting killed left and right, thank god I got that all figured out. _________________________________________________________ Xbox V1.3

Hey everyone! I'm new here. I bought BF:1943 about 1-2 weeks after release and I must admit, I'm addicted... Lately I've been craving for some actual teamwork in this game. As much fun as this game is when its a server full of lone wolfs, its ten times better when your in a squad that actually works together.
So I decided to look for a clan/community that plays BF:1943 and I happened to stumble upon HQ. I just registered yesterday (lolnoob) and I am hoping to get into some games with you guys asap.
I also wanted to confirm a few tips: Though I've never actually noticed a difference myself, there IS a tip on a loading screen that says crouching while firing will improve accuracy slightly. Remember, burst fire is your friend!
Repairing allied vehicles will give you points. It's either 5-10 and the vehicle has to have been in combat and in current occupation of an allied soldier.
I'll also add a strategy to this post. This strategy is for Iwo-Jima, Japanese only. If you and your squad is in a boat at the beginning of the round, the driver of the boat should drive around Mt. Suribachi. Instead of stopping at the rear of the mountain side (like most people do) continue on to the fish village (US side beach). If you get there early, then you have performed a great flanking maneuver. Drop all the soldiers that are capping the flag then move on to Mt. Suribachi or the light house. You could also wait a little bit for the US soldiers to leave if you don't want to run into a large force, cap it then flank them as they run to their next destination. The benefits of waiting is after they move on they will scatter, making it easier to cap the next point your squad decides to take.
That's it for now, thanks for the other tips and I hope to see you guys on the battlefield.

Hey DarkenScynz and welcome to the HQ's mate.
We have a HQ 1943 clan here so be sure to get involved whenever you have time.
Our clan members are from all around the globe so we are pretty sure you won't have any problems finding guys to play with.
