Well I just ordered a box for m$ to send me so I can send my 360 back to get it worked on since i can't play cod2 past a certain point....Does anyone have certain suggestions for me with sending it back....for instance i remember someone saying not to send back your hdd but then again i believe they told me i would need to send my hdd with them....how long did it REALLY take from sending it to receiving it....any tips or suggestions or stories of your experience would be greatly appreciated....thank you.

Haven't had to go through that, don't know anybody that has, I heard that most of time when they first released it, if you sent it in without a hard drive you got a free one back. I'm sure they have tightened up since then, but it would be worth a shot. I would write down the mac address and serial number and everything that is identifiable to see if they send the same one back or just ship out a refurbished one. No real tips though, sorry.

Well I sent my 360 in on Monday and got a refurbished one back on Thursday....not a bad turn around time...later.
