I am starting to think so. I called in for service on my first 360 on tuesday the 23rd. They said they would ship out a box overnight to return the 360 to them on Tuesday. Now its the following Monday and the shipping box has arrived. Some overnight service! On top of that... the return address label that they provide to ship it back to them is printed half-assed so 10% of the address is cut off the left side (begining) of the label. Its suppsed to say: REPAIR CENTER
5700 blah blah
MCALLEN TX blah blah
Instead it says: EPAIR CENTER
700 blah balh
CALLEN TX blah blah
If I wasn't paying attention and just slaped the label on there who knows where it would end up. Odds are it would be returned to you a week later via the return address or you would never see it again and it would never be replaced by M$. If M$ wants the 360 to succeed they beter pull their heads out and start doing things right or they will go down. _________________________________________________________ Xbox 360 #2
