He was shooting at around 5 to 6 hundred yards at a really thick steel plate and when you hear the odd whistle sound most guys know to lay down but in this case the bullet weighing in at 45 g bounced off the odd angle and in slow mo you can see it hit the ground at about 20 sec in and from there hit his right ear muff.
Just a killer vid for all the guys out there that think just because the 50 is so powerful it will blow a hole in anything, guess again.

As long as you fill out the right paper work and pay the right tax you can get armor piercing rounds here in the states bro, you can find lots of pages that sell them if you have the permit or dealers license.
Nice! I am in california, but thinking of getting me a small storage unit across the boarder in Nevada so I can have some of the toys they do not let us have here in the nanny state.
Im going to look into if it is possible to just make my own tracers, its basically just a thin coating on the round that burns/glows during friction while traveling through the air. If I can get the chemical I could dip my own ammo.
