It does, I remember that from my real drumming days too.
Back in those days I liked the Tama Iron Cobra Pedals, they were very responsive. Even though the mechanics are different to that of the Roadie, it still has that professional feel to it unlike those other silly plastic pedals (RB + GHWT)

Oh well, some good and bad news...
A couple of days ago my Xbox 360 got the RROD, so I'm sending it back to Microsoft to get repaired.
However, I was allowed to unpack my Drum Rocker and set it up.
I must say how impressed I am with it, its definately professional

Yup my setup is one of a true gamer lol.
Xbox, Xbox 360 and Wii.
The next thing I have to look into is the bracket that holds the drum module onto the kit, the only place I've seen this is on the official sites, so this might be a little bit harder to come by. But I guess I'll concentrate more on that once I can put some money together to buy a module.
One thing I am considering buying soon however is a 3rd cymbal. This is the one I've picked as an alternative to the standard ION 3rd cymbal (which is the same full-circle shape as the ones that come with the kit)
Roadie 3rd Cymbal Kit
I'd use that as my hi-hat, then move the bigger cymbals to blue and green.

Yes the pads are very durable, just a shame that the kick pedal sucks ass that comes with them.
For a little while there I used the RB kit with a single Roadie Pedal, wasnt too bad.

haha, I just didn't respond... You had to be mean!
In all fairness the pads are pretty good until they crack if you have a working set. but yes I cracked two RB pedals and one GHWT, plastic pedals fail.
