Hey ufo1234, I have a Dremel 400XPR 15,000-35,000rpm dremel that I use to make cuts, you could also use Jigsaw or a skillsaw if you wanted to.. Pretty much just make your stencil marks or use a pencil and ruler like I did(My cut was pretty basic) and cut your design, I'm not very good with all the Halo 3 cutouts and Gears of War cutouts but I heard you can use a chisel bit(1/16 or 3/16 not sure) on the Dremel for that.. After the cuts were made I used an exacto knife to get all the melted plastic off the corners then sanded lightly around the corners with a sanding wheel on the Dremel at a low speed, if you use 35,000 rpm to sand you'll shave the plastic off too quickly leaving you no room for the plexiglass window!!! That's another thing, when you cut leave yourself plenty of room to sand, don't cut on the line instead cut inside the line where you made your stencil marks.. Ok, now for the boring crap.. After you.ve cut and used your sanding wheel to smooth the edges out a litte bit get ready to sand your ass off with 120 grit or 150. you could use 80 grit and work up to 120 or 150 grit, it's all trial and error so use what's best for you.. I just used 120 grit because my edges were not that rough after I made my cuts.. For the corners you can use a file to round off or straight edge the corners or whatever works best for you..
This is a case I'm doing right now, I want to put double plexiglass windows on both sides. Not sure how the hell I'm going to wire the led's on the backside of the case?? Here are some random pics of some of the things I used, this particular case had no HDMI so I had to cut a bigger hole on the video port..

Now as for Plexiglass, I can't cut it worth a crap without shattering it.. Some people say the best way to do it is score it with a razor blade then snap it off or a use a band saw or circular saw.. There are so many different ways to cut plexiglass that you'll do what I did and say f**ck it and take some measurements then go to Lowe's or a glass shop and have them cut it for you!!! _________________________________________________________ Xbox V1.3

Dumb question from Duffy here but is that really hard to do??? will it mess up the 360 if done wrong??
Duffy no such thing as a dumb question here mate, just ask away without any fears of getting flamed unlike some of the other Bush League sites out there.. So to answer your question, there is always risk involved when modding your 360, anytime you flash your drive or remove the motherboard to put a soldering iron in there you can screw things up royally. Now I'm not the greatest modder in the world dammit but one thing I've learned is to never go into anything scared with fear of messing up because 9 times out of 10 you'll mess up.. What kind of mod do you have in mind Duffy??? _________________________________________________________ Xbox V1.3

Ok maybe not $15 bucks but it was a shit load of change. _________________________________________________________ Xbox V1.3
