Im curious if you can do this with a camera other than the xbox camera, i have a digital camera that I can plug into the xbox and look at my pics and stuff.
but have not tried to use it for the rainbow face thing because I have my game loaned out to a friend.
has anyone used a camera other than the xbox camera?

I can pretty much guarantee it will be official camera only..
You can plug in any USB device really and get images and mp3 etc of them but when it comes to interactivity i doubt any camera but the official M$ camera will do.

crap!, i dont plan on using a cam for anything but doing the face maping for rainbow, and not going to pay that much just for that.

yeh, the face mapping isnt that great anyway, it doesnt look much like me thats for sure.. lol

So give it a miss unless you are going to use the camera for other features as well..
