When you do it you'll have to post pics so I can see it. Another thing I was thinking too, would be changing the ring light led's with blue ones. Then all your lights would be the same color.
That's pretty sweet. Do you know with that mod if on error it still comes up as blue? If there is an error it'd be nice if that came up as red (hopefully that never happens though)

Ya it would still be red for an error as long as you didn't change the red led's. Obviously there are 2 seperate LED's for each light one green and one red for each of the 4 sections. So just switch the green ones, leaving the red ones alone. But like you said hopeully you never have to see them, they would literally have you seeing red... (bad joke). _________________________________________________________
lol Thanks for the info, I appreciate your time. My wife says to go ahead and order the stuff, so I think I'll do it first thing in the morning from work.
Of course I still have to find a place that has the case in stock. Thinking of the blue clear from ebay.

Actually the leds have both colors in one led, they have 3 leads instead of the normal 2, don't remember if they have a common ground or a common voltage, but one of them is common where the other is what chooses which is turned on. _________________________________________________________

Your absoloutly right sjohn, sorry for the misinformation . They have a common voltage. _________________________________________________________
Well, I ordered a clear case off of Ebay cause they were still out of almost all the cases at the link you gave me But, I think I might still order the duct with the blue lights, just not too sure if that is going to be too many lights or not seeing as how the case already has blue lights and I'll be putting my blue Talismoon in there as well.
Here is the link to the one I bought:
The ring light mod, do you have to solder that? Or is it plug and play like the rest? Cause I can't solder if my life depended on it. lol

You most definitely have to solder, and not only simple soldering but these LEDs are surface mount, thus some of the more difficult soldering jobs for those unexperienced, may want to skip that if you aren't confident. _________________________________________________________

Cool case man, don't forget to post your pics when its all done. It's gonna look pretty hot. And ya the soldering is a bit much if you aren't comfertable then just leave them. It will still look super cool with out changing the ring of light. You are getting me amped up to change my stuff up now. _________________________________________________________
