Sounds like you need to use BBCODE guys... Don't use html. It wont work.

I fixed yours flash.. All you had to do was turn off HTML in your profile and add the bb code..

okay, so heres a step by step

1) Click on Forums at the top gray bar
2) Click Profile in the lower gray box right between usergroups and pm's
3) Scroll down until you see avatar control panel
4) upload an image or pick one from our gallery
