MS Start banning Modded Xbox 360 Firmware's from Xbox Live
With the distribution of the Halo 3 beta, it seems as if Microsoft has seen this as an ideal time to start banning Xbox 360's modified with hacked firmware from the Live service. A large number of threads have popped up on the MC forums, and it seems people are being banned even with the installation of the very latest 'stealth' firmware. Looks like the cat and mouse game has begun! Conners has tried to make a thread which collates various information about the ban, if you are a victim or just plain nosey you can contribute / read more here.
Just read this on max console and wondered if any one here had any experiance.
Suggest a read of the related thread as well. _________________________________________________________

It's up in the air at the moment, reports of people with stock f/w getting this error as well. It all came about when the problems with beta appeared last night. So can only sit back and see. Some of the people also rang ms and were told its some error and they are in fact not banned. I've been online with my 1.6 hitachi 78fk with no problems.
But deffinatly worth watching out, I recommend people stay off live for a bit with their modded f/w's.

Xbox LIVE security
As you can imagine, we have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to modded consoles connecting to LIVE.
We're very serious about this, and if we detect you have a modded Xbox then you will not be able to connect to Xbox Live. If you see this screen and get Status Code: Z: 8015 - 190D…that means your console has been banned.
We'll continue to enforce this rule to ensure the integrity of the service and protect our partners and users.
well this is from majornelson website.... . i said is better be safe than sorry...
i was thinking of upgrading to the 2.4 firmware for the hitachi. .. but that doesnt look like a good idea now...
goodlucks everyone... _________________________________________________________ HQ Lord Nikon 1b4

Could you scale the image down, im sure you know how to use a hosting site to put up a thumbnail that then links to the full sized picture. This is confirmed and you can take a look at the picture pull from M$'s official response here
