Destructoid has published images of a new PlayStation controller featuring a microphone, and some sort of touch panel area. The controller is connected to a debug unit of some kind and rumors point to a new PS4 controller.
I'm not really seeing the point of having the screen in the middle of the controller. When would it ever be useful to have that? _________________________________________________________

Could be able to use it as a media selector or mini keyboard?
Example it could have a mini UI where you could launch apps and what not.
