If you're interested in helping out both the 360-HQ and XBOX-HQ websites, please join our little experiment. Install the free Alexa toolbar and surf around a little on 360-HQ.. Make sure you search for things in our games database, tutorials or news..
INSTALL THE ALEXA TOOLBAR AND HELP US RANK HIGHER TODAY!
Below we will attach some stats from Alexa and see how our rank progresses.. We did this many years ago and were ranked in the top 50,000 websites in the world, actually i think xbox-hq.com was like 20,000+.
If you uninstall the toolbar please let us know so we can put you in the uninstalled list.

2012-05-18 - Alexa rank: 667,024 - START- The rank is very poor, since i have not had time to finish the site and remove duplicate urls etc. I work too much! hahah
2012-05-18 - Alexa rank: 669,135 - UP - Did some minor keyword changes and we lost rank.. oops.. but hey its all good! you need to experiment with your keywords.
2012-05-24 Alex rank: 684,650 - UP - did some major keyword changes to attract non english speaking visitors. I suspect it will drop again before rising since i have removed the affiliates links block from homepage.
2012-05-29 - Alexa rank: 681,260 - UP - The rank did come up a little. But its not worth 3,000. lol Added it back!
2012-05-29 - Alexa rank: 698,269 - DOWN - updated news area so printer friendly pages and send to a friend pages are now .html instead of .php and working.
2012-05-30 - Alexa Rank: 608,580 - UP - Improved the rank. now 608,580.. Updated main meta include for more keys.. lets see up or down! hopefully up!
2012-05-30 - Alex Rank: 544,146 - UP - Improved rank again. now 544,146.. Arrow pointing up baby yeh! lol Updated main meta include for more keys.. lets see up or down! hopefully up again! Also changed Xbox Games area to include H1 tags for headings.
2012-06-03 - Alex Rank: 492,946 - UP - Rank still rising.. Have not updated anything. just waiting for the rank to settle before continuing. (see latest attachment)

Removed the affiliates link block from the homepage and it dropped again.. Im just playing.. I have now re-added the affiliates block to see if it rises again. im not change anything else. it takes up to 5 days to change. lol

today 360-HQ.COM is ranked #323,909.. As you can see from the above threads/posts that i have increased our rank by nearly 400,000.. Although this pagerank really doesnt mean much to anyone, i believe it can help!

I installed the Alexa Toolbar so far and did some browsing. I like seeing the rankings nice info. Maybe I'll do a review tomorrow.
