HQ Tutorial Viewer has been acpeted to Wine HQ App Database

Thanks Leg and I hope so too.

Also HQ Tutorial is now on Codewavers CrossOver database, I will do a C4P soon for it so Linux and special MAC users will be to download and install the app and the dependencies with a single click (via Crossover)
