It defends me against the plague that is Firefox Very Happy It just gives me errors of a different nature, like upload failures when I try to up apps on XBOX-Hq. I saw something similar on Demonoid and everybody said to switch, but the way I look at it is the problem is on the other end since IE is the most common browser and sites should support it.

haha, you should try that plague mate, it works great. The only strange thing is that you go from version 5 to version 8 and then back version 7 Laughing

I have a partition on my pc with Windows for FSX and when browse something with IE I see how slow and crash-able it is.

Give it a try on another browser... Chrome is not bad either.

I have Firefox, I use it for Origin since it only supports IE9, FF or Chrome and I hate IE9 even more than FF. It just doesnt meet my needs for a regular browser. Ive noticed plus and minus about them both. The main thing for me is their minus are pretty equal but Im used to IE which is why Ive stuck with it, in hopes M$ either fixes IE9 or releases a decent IE10. That and Ive been using it to FTP to XBOX and hate third party or FF for that

As more sites stop supporting 8 I may not have a choice, my brother has 9 on his laptop and it crashes more than a drunken blind NASCAR driver.

I dont know much about making websites, but Im hoping you or Hobbs or whoever can take the error info Ive given and maybe say shut down this feature on IE and it wont happen

@Hobbs
Its the homepage, I tried shutting down my browser right from this thread no error, went to the homepage and tried and got the error

actually i found the error, and its not an error, its a cross compatibilty problem with internet explorer and flash.. I do know how to fix it but its not easy.

Im sure you will find if you navigate to a page that does NOT have a HQ VIDEO clip in it. Say the games page or forums, then you should not receive this error.. The error is only when i embed a HQ videoclip in news from what i can tell.

thanks for the heads up, i dont get the time i used to to test sometimes when i upgrade things. i will do my best to get it sorted out for you.

update:
360-HQ homepage has been updated.. You should not receive that error anymore.. Also, an easy way to get rid of those errors is to go into IE advanced options and turn off debugging.

Xbox-HQ still has the old video code, so it will still cause problems. I am writing a new script which will fix this automatically in the future.

thx for the headsup, and please report on your findings.

HARD REFRESH... PRESS F5.
