If you're having problems always getting a black screen when trying to join a game of Battlefield 3 BETA, you will need to return to the main menu then exit the game and reload it from the xbox 360 dashboard.
Some people say to sit there for over 5 minutes.. NO this is not the case.. Wait for approximately 30-60 seconds, if screen does not appear just return to dash and reload.
