Well really not a glitch, but more a perk that you need to unlock, hard line pro enables you to double tap the "X" button on anyone's care package or turrent and change them into another random package which is most of the time better.
Just wondering if anyone else knew much about this perk.. Alot of people are complaining about it.
I had it till i prestiged, they had to do something since the sam torrent is a joke. lol

It still works but only on an actual care package.
