Thanks to the Intensafire Store allowing us to review another fine product they just release and it is for the PS3 and like a lot of us on here we have other consoles such as the PS3 for games that do not get on the Xbox 360 or that we have friends that play on the PS3 instead of the Xbox 360 which i have a few.
Just like the Xbox 360 version this is actually even faster to install no soldering at all the only tool you need is a phillips screwdriver and about 4 minutes to complete it.

*Price: $69.95 this might be a little high for some but did some searching looks like the others that i have seen require soldering probably for the older controllers. But if you do not want to do any of that and get right in the game within a 4min install this is were it is.
Install Scale
1=Easy 10= Hard i would give this a 1 automatically there is no way you can mess this mod up and if you do there is something wrong with you
I only have one game right now for the ps3 and that of course is Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and rapid fire mods are always good for these types of games. But what is nice about this rapid fire mod it allows you to program it with any game to make it work not many rapid fire mods allow you to do this. I messed around with both the programmable mods and just the presets. If you not the one that really does not care to program the way a lot of custom users are use to. You don't have to as in a video i am posting on here you will see how fast just one of the presets shoot.
Been playing a lot of games on COD-MW2 with the Intensafire Rapid Fire and just like the 360 version this exceeds expectations with making single shot weapons fully automatic and peer ownage in game. It is fun to just go into a room of guys with the FAL fully automatic just killing everyone. I have also messed with the programmable modes that they have and i must say again really nice feature for those who want to customize how fast or slow you want to shoot. If your just looking for that little edge just slow it down a bit, looking to get more of a edge move it up, want to just mess around put that bad boy on max and let the bullets spray.
In the video just shooting a certain distance away you will see that it does not kick that much at all and keeps the bullets well grouped. I really like the smaller maps for the Intensafire Rapid Fire equipped with a sniper rifle and just running up to people and pumping about 5 rounds into them in a sec. I did get a lot of people mad at me in games for using this so i tweaked mine down some so it does not make me shoot as fast and people will not say nothing. My roommates i showed them the Intensafire Rapid Fire mod and they just went crazy like no way you are shooting that fast with a sniper rifle lol. So i think i will be ordering up a couple more of these myself just to have fun with and own the other team.
Like i said there is really only 2 cons to this product and that is it does not work with the older ps3 controllers which sucks but im sure they will come out with something for them sometime and the Price people might not want to do it for $69.95 but after being able to review this i would and going to get another one if not two because i know my friends will want theirs done to. If you are one of those gamers that get laughs from people complaining of using mods and them getting owned over it then just the laughs alone with yourself or with buddy's is well worth it. If you want to make single-fire weapons fully automatic this is what you want.
So if you a Ps3 owner and have the new DS3 controllers which i have a image below that will show you how you can tell easy too just need a phillips screwdriver and that's it and want to step up your game if your not so good at fps games or looking to just annoy and piss off the other team this is your mod of chosen then I am just having fun with Intensafire Rapid Fire makes the game a lot more interesting that is for sure. Get the Best Rapid Fire Mod out there Now for the PS3!!!

I cant wait to try this out on other games going to have to see if i can borrow some games from a couple buds and update you guys again when i played a few other types of games
Also They have a link for the install guide right on the packaging. Also with instructions how to use the programmable modes and how to activate and deactivate the rapid fire mod.

Yes and NO.. I have played with several people who run modded controllers.. I DONT use modded controllers myself and I still find myself at the top of the leaderboard at the end of each game..

This mod is fun though to mess around with i really like it but i am good enough to play any game without it. Ive seen people start out with these and actually get better and not use them no more weird i say but yea i have seen it and there is a lot that we all know that have them but they dont use them to much only to piss off the other team if they get bored lol. _________________________________________________________ The one the only Scarface!!
