i got a new xbox 360 elite it has new fermware and it is moded
i dunno what it has inside as inside and how it is hackd.
this are fundamantle questions that can be related or not related to the xbox i own.
can i play with a moded xbox 360 on XBL?
if so what do i need?
if i cant play XBL is there a way to benifit from all of the content on XBL
by downloading to pc and installing on xbox in some form?

if its modded to run backups then this means that the dvd drive firmware has been flashed with a modded firmware. Like iextreme or the like, as i dont have a modded 360 im not totally up to date on this.

As far as i know this is NOT reccomended. Just after MW2 was released there was a massive ban wave, and about a million modded xboxs where blocked from xbox live. As far as i know there is no current way to 100% safely play a modded xbox on live without risk of it being banend from live. If you do get banned it ONLY effects the console, not your gamer tag, so you can use your gamertag on another xbox 360 and play live fine.
But i do know quite a few people with modded xboxs who do still play live and have not YET been banned.

Without buying that content it is illegal and 360-hq does not support piracy so we wont tell how to do it.
As for curiosity... Yes you can if you have modded 360 (with Jtag) you can get that content to PC and then transfer to 360 HDD.
Another thing you can do which is what I am gonna do is to flash the DVD with the original firmware... connect to XBL and buy all the content I want and then re-flash my DVD drive.
At the moment It must dangerous go online with a flashed DVD drive _________________________________________________________

Before MS declare war on Flashed consoles I used to buy everything with my dvd flash but I am scare of do it.
Thats why I would love to have Xecuter External drive, this way there wouldnt be the need to flash the dvd drive to go on Live _________________________________________________________
