under my xbox360 motherboard is 1 component broken (q2n1). i need to change it but i don't know what type is. anyone can help me?

sorry its different on my falcon board i found the spot under the av/hdmi input and it looks like a small mosfet but im not positive-looks like someone tried to jtag the board, the 2 solder spots to the right are pulled out.What version of board is this? _________________________________________________________ Halo LE Xbox

Hmm, it does have a number beside it that says "Q2N1". So I would just look for a replacement with that same number. _________________________________________________________

yeah your probably gonna have to get a rrod board and replace it-like i said on my falcon that spot is different and my q2n1 looks like a small mosfet.Can any1 confirm what this component is? Ill get a pic up of what my q2n1 looks like, and ill ask someone what that piece really is-sorry my last post wasnt too clear-in your pic it looks like someone either jtagged or attempted to jtag it by the missing solder blobs to the right in the image.is your 360 powering up at all? and if so what secondary error code? _________________________________________________________ Halo LE Xbox
