Here are mine:
7 day survivor(20) dead rising
Deep and hard (90) Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
Fearless (100) F.e.a.r, beat campaign on extreme
Close Quarter Combatant (100) Call of Duty 3
Streak Master (25) Gitar Hero 3 (1000 note streak)

One of my favorites was from JUST CAUSE..
Base Jump 1000 Meters
Base Jump From 1000 Meters Or Higher..
Can't wait for JC2.
Another one I liked was one of the Rock Band achievements for 100% Expert Mode on Drums etc. It really showed if the player was good or not..
