Is there a way not to get banned if you have the original of the game?

I'm about 95% sure that you won't get banned for playing a retail game early. Just keep you original packaging and receipt just in case M$ does lay the banhammer on you. _________________________________________________________

They said not to long ago about forza moto 3 even if you get the game Retail a week early or not you will get banned if playing it online before release date. So i would not take the risk at all. _________________________________________________________ The one the only Scarface!!
