Ok so Im going on my 4th prestige, Have gone through a couple time ranking up every single gun in the game. So what can I do now to make the game interesting.
Well starting a few days ago, I just run the double barrel shot gun on every map. Even the sniping maps. I was getting my ass kicked at first but now I usualy come out even or positive using the shoty only. And it does make the game more fun for me now. When This gets old I will ither go only knife on every map or maybe Pistol only on every map.
We had a few games the other night where everyone agreed to use only pistols and they actualy stuck to it, It was a blast.
For anyone that wants to try out going shotty only here is the set up I have that I find most effective.
First off, Play hard core, this will free up your second perk.
Perk 1. Bomb squad (with shotty you are going to have to move and get close enough to do damage, unless you want a negative death kill ratio it is a good idea to use bomb squad)
Perk 2. Camo ( you have to get close with the shotty, so camo can give you those extra few seconds and also keep attention off of you)
Perk 3. Steady shot ( this is the most valuable perk with the shotty, this increases your accuracy and Speed, Here is a great tip. Take a dry erase marker or small sticker or what ever and make a mark on your tv screen where your cross hairs are, now you have a center reference to aim with and can now shoot from the hip with out having to zoom in first, With steady aim this is very effective and actualy works with all guns.)
Also you can throw on the grip, I dont think it uses up any perks, this also adds to your accuracy.
The pistols on matches reminds me of Rainbow Six 3 for the old xbox. People used to play pistols only matches for hours on that game _________________________________________________________

This is also reminding me of playing COD4 with scar and other HQ members. "JASON" mode or something.. lol.. One person was JASON and everyone else had to hide with their pistols.. lmfao.

LOL I think Wes will have something to say about me on this topic. As you well know me and Wes used to religiously play COD4 team deathmatch and I would tell him over my headset that I was going shotgun only. That shotgun in that game was one loud son of a bitch! Everytime I would kill someone with it I would hear Wes laughing his ass off and say dude I can hear that thing on the other side of the map! LOL I used to get a insane amount of kills with shotgun only I think just for the fact that people would be running with uzi's or some other fully automatic and here I come running at them with a shotgun and they would be thinking easy kill but not realize that one shot with the shotgun would take them out at close range. It was so hilarious afterwards listening to the other team having a shite fit because I had the most kills on my team and was using shotgun lol! Man brings back memory's Desert Eagle with the acog
Mike Myers was the game hobbs. in this game you would get 30-45secs to hide and you cant do nothing for 5 mins but run from him and use flash nads or stun. After the 5 mins you could use your pistol to kill who ever was MM he would be rolling around with a shotgun. _________________________________________________________ The one the only Scarface!!
