I just opened up my xbox to change the dvd drive that wont work anymore and I discovered that there are two wires that are cut and spliced. I just want to ask what does this mean as i have no idea about xbox's hardware. I looked at opened pics of xboxes online and it seems that only mine is like this. For note, i bought this unit modded from the seller. Please help me identify if this is a problem or not? THanks

it just keeps the fans at a constant 9v instead of having a variable voltage to them depending on the cpu temp its better for air flow _________________________________________________________
