after abt 3 months of my using my xbox, i got the rrod problem,i looked up online on how to fix it, and then did the xclamp replacement on my own, this was abt two and a half months ago. till yesterday it was workin fine, but then the rrod happened again, this time got errorcode 0110, which i saw meantsomething to do with the memory. so i opened up my console and basically made sure the gpu heatsink had good contact, after a little tweaking and tightening, my box started up fine. wat i wanted to know is that has this happened to anyone else before, and why it happened again after i did the xclamp fix.

it must have just got un-tighten from all the pressure and didn't have contact with the heat sink anymore.
That happened to mine i fixed after 3 weeks. It was still tight as could be, and i was trying to tighten it more, and it still had RROd.... _________________________________________________________
had that same problem i think i got an error, not sure cant remember, mine came loose when i was messin with it when installing the fan and i didnt kno it and it gave me the rrod after a little while, i just retightend it and its working fine now.. did you try replacing xclamp on the cpu too? that was the only way mine would work... _________________________________________________________
