Hi guys,
Just wondering on some links to where you all pre-ordered your xbox360's from.. I havent decided what im doing yet.. I just wish they were coming out in australia at the same time but as always im unlucky,

I've talked to the local people at Wal-Mart, they told me that they should be getting atleast 100 consoles, and maybe up to 300 consoles, I also asked the guy if he had heard of anybody planning to camp out, he said he had heard several people say they were going to, and that some people would be there "as early as 8pm". Me and my friends have already planned to get there in between 5-6pm. So we should be in the top 10-20 people to get one at this store. We're all bringing around $600 to be able to get a premium console, 1-2 games, and atleast another wireless controller. Then we of course have tax on top of all of this.
So no preorder for me, just waiting in the cold. _________________________________________________________
Best buy is my place of choice to camp out....when the ps2s came out I got there about 3 in the morning as was able to swipe up four of them.....I think if I really do plan on gettin a 360 I will get there about 2 or so and wait til 8 in the morning when they open up.....haven't made the decision on whether or not to get one yet though....who knows. _________________________________________________________ Xbox V1.6

Don't forget to buy a T-Shrt so you can herd all of the unknowing people into the wonderful world of modding
I know I'll be wearing my xbox-hq tshirt with pride, atleast under my very thick jacket. But I'll be sure to flash it off so people can see.
Also I suggest for those standing in the cold bring your sp/ds/psp/battery powered arcade cabinet/etc just whatever you have on hand to keep you entertained while waiting. _________________________________________________________
Good idea sjohn...I just got my shirt last friday so if I do decide to head out there I will have to pull off my heavy jacket every once in awhile and walk up and down the line...or better yet...take the shirt that is a few times bigger than me that I got and just wear it on the outside of the jacket....its a sure fire way to get people interested....gotta love modding...later. _________________________________________________________ Xbox V1.6

Haha, I had thought of the same thing (wearing outside of my jacket) Mine is slightly larger, so I could just wear a thick shirt underneath and that one on top and still probably be warm, atleast warmer than just a tshirt. _________________________________________________________
