Well i got it again tonight and x-clamp fix is not working anymore... What should i do now? I want to keep my old dvd drive but i want to get a new console. My mom is freaking about getting a new console, so what should i do now.
Another way to fix? Return it to best buy? Buy new one on Ebay? Or send it into a online shop to get it reballed. _________________________________________________________

I can't get this one fixed...just wont work now. The little transistors under the GPU, some got ripped off when I slipped while screwing the screws down once. Mom wont let me buy a new one, so im without 360 for a good amount of time. She says she will only let me get a new one if I keep it unopened, which i want to open mine. Im 15 years old. Im opening mine for cooling+ case mods. I've heard the MS horror stories that you get it fixed then breaks again. Id rather open mine up. _________________________________________________________

Sell it on ebay if need be you probly get at least $50-100 just for the mobo and dvd drive now if u have the key for the dvd drive you can sell the mobo with the key for like $40-50 and then sell the dvd drive for $40 depending on what kind u may get more if its samsung. Harddrive=$50 or so powercord with av cords $30-50. You can even try craigslist.
so right there u can get about $150-200 back if you do it right
I know people will pay $40+for a mobo 3rod with the dvd key easy lmao so. Maybe that will help you out. _________________________________________________________ The one the only Scarface!!
I want to put my old samsung in my new xbox. I can't sell the mobo though because you can't fix it. I ripped some of the transistors off the bottom on accident. Ill try to sell it though. _________________________________________________________
