Ok guys, here it is. the mods i have been talking about for the past few weeks i have finally started but there is a slight hiccup, which i might add, Forahobby is currently working on for me. I have (and i don't know why...) no permission on my account to upload files to my posts, except for in the newbie forums, and this problem is only happening to me on this site, not on xbox-hq.com. Weird 'eh? Anyway, as soon as me and Hobbs get it sorted i'll start posting the pics of the work i have been doing over the past few evenings.

Ok so here's the situation guys. I FUCKED UP THE XBOX 360. IT IS BROKE COMPLETELY (i think). I tried to mod it woth a red cathode and temp monitor and when i put it all back together it won't display anything and the "ring of light" flashes red (Similar to a FRAG). I am going to contact Llaama tomorrow and see if he can help me with any suggestions. I MEAN JESUS FUCKING CHRIST ALL-FUCKIN-MIGHTY!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAARRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHH.
I can't believe i have broke it.

Sorry to hear it man.
If anything, just sell the drive and hdd and get some cash built back up for the next one.
Maybe try to push the mobo to llamma...but I have no idea what he may be charging...probably somewhere in teh "rape you dry" level.
Just a thought. Systems are starting to roll out again. You have another chance to get one.
I know, you don't-want/can't spend the money .
Try to make sure all the grounds. You couldn't have fucked it up that badly if you put it together normally.
You will get it before then...I hope.

Get a magnifying glass like i mentioned so you can go over the motherboard as you should do when looking for probs.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I have contacted Llama for help/suggestions. hopefully he can help me out in some way. I wonder if i could send it back to MS and pay them to fix it. There is nothing in the EULA that i know of about case modding. Modding the bios is illegal but case modding has nothing to do with the inner workings of the box. Do you reckon i could send it back to them????

You broke the case stickers to open it. Opening voids the warranty.
And if you didn't, and just cut the case, is it made of metal or plastic. I never noticed, but I am guessing plastic. Could have gotten melted all over the mobo...making them want to have nothing to do with it. _________________________________________________________ XBOX v1.6
