jus fixed my 360 using lawdawgs method, and my 360 is back to life. althouhg wenever i plug in the hard disk, this zapping noise happens and then the screen freezes and looks like a green checker board. althuohg my system works fine without the hard disk plugged in. can anyone tell me why this happens and wat i can do to use my hard disk again, cuz my halo3 savegames are on it.

If the hdd is going dead, then you probally wont be able to get anything off the hdd. May as well start over and be a geek and re play halo 3 over and over and over! LoL

are u serious? cant i transfer it to a memory and run my save games and then later to a new harddisk from the momory card itself

Yeah arch, I am serious. If the hdd is going dead then maybe in time you can get the saves off of it, but if it's already dead, then your chances are rare.
