Well here is the story, i just got my internet today and it was working just fine with no problems. I was playing Gears no connection issues and was running it straight from the modem. Then i got a router and connected my pc and xbox to it, and still there seemed to be no real problem, i didnt try to play live i was just downloading stuff and it was working fine. That night i tried to connect to live and it would not connect, so i tested the connection and everyting was confirmed but when it came to the Xbox Live category it failed, but with no description why. Now it says that i am connected to xbox live, but when i try to look for a match or something it says there are no matches availiable, and when i try to join my friends it says there is no connection with the host. I figured it might be the router causing the issues, but then i just direct connected it from the modem and the problem was the same. So right now it is as if i have a silver membership, but i know for sure i have a gold, and i am not booted, so i was wondering if any one could possible tell me what is happening to me. I thank you in advance.
