yesterday i finally found my xbox 360, altough i discovered that something was loose inside it, if i shake it i hear a little clink clink like some little piece of metal that floats inside my xbox.. is it normal? the machine works perfectly as far as i tried it, do you think that is better to take it back or just ignore it? Also the face of the dvd tray was a little loose (i pushed it in little and it went ok)

the "clink" is normal it is supposed to do that.

that is a small ball bearing gravity switch, and is what the 360 uses to tell if it is standing vertical or laying down.

I agree, when i opened my xbox 360 to paint the case i let it slip on the counter top and when i picked it up i heard the exact same noise, and like you i was scared shitless but reassured by the guys in here, and sure enough they are right. There is nothing to worry about, it'll run perfectly.

Yeah bro, it seems to be totally normal. Mine still worked perfectly after me opening it up. It never had any troubles at all.

you never hear this noise because you probably never pick up the 360 and tip it up and down... like most normal people you put it on the table and just play it...
