got a few questions regarding chips and homebrew for the 360 in the future.

1. is there a central location on the 360 motherboard to where a chip will be able to be installed, or will the wires be all over the place?

2. once an actual chip comes up, the need for messing with the firmware and dvd drives will no longer be needed...correct? shouldnt the chip take care of having to mess with modding the disc drive as well?

3. and does anyone know any leaks or progress on an actual 360 modchip?

Your questions have no answers. As there is no chip for homebrew software as homebrew doesn't exist it is impossible to know anything about a non existent chip. Also there are a few xbox 360 modchips around right now but they are for the dvd drive only.

Well it allows you to do the timing attack which will lead to linux, and if I'm correct you need to mess with the kernal to unban your 360, if you have a CPU key from another not banned one
