I have read the instructions for the nme-360 modchip site but I have never soldered anything in my life b4. Can someone help me I am comletely new to this.

If you have never soldiered before i would NOT suggest you attempt to modchip your 360 otherwise you will brick it..
Maybe someone could help you from the sitebut im not sure as its holidays now and i dont know everyone's movement..
Apart from that you could just take the instructions to a electronics repair type person in your area and ask for a quote to install.
