Man but i guess you could say it was worth it. I got lucky too, cause all the places I went to had over 40 people waiting in line outside by 6pm. When I got to target everyone was still waiting by thier cars becuase the store was still open. I was making my way inside when I decieded to smoke a cig, when the security walked out with the velvet ropes and poles and asked if I was first in line. You know I was like "HELL YA, LINE STARTS HERE!!!"

Once the retarded woman told us where to go, EVERYONE ran to get first in line, people were pushed down, thrown, hit... It was total chaos. I'm pissed, not only at Wal-Mart, but mainly at the retarded people who had to ruin it for people like me who took everything calmly. There were plenty of people who were calm about it until people started pushing and shoving.
Just makes me sad to see what people would do (that they were recently talking to just fine) to get just a console.
Bring on the cold tomorrow... -_-
Anyone else's walmart or wherever else, cancel?
*Update*
Left out a few details pertaining to this update.
The tickets were originally supposed to be given out at 11 15 at register 22.
After the crowd started to basically do a "every man for themselves" deal, the cops had to shut it down.
They told everyone to go home, not everyone did.
About half the crowd lined up at registere 22 anyways. The cops came in and told them that they will not be selling them tonite, and for everyone to go home. There would be a meeting in the morning to figure out how to organize it and that they will sell it at a later time or date.
So atleast 97% of the people went home.
I call them today, and ask them if they have figured out when they will be re-selling them again. The woman told me that they had already sold out of the XBox 360's. I'm like how are they sold out? She told me that they waited a little bit past 12 AM and then sold them to the people who stuck around.
Talk about major BS, what else were we to do if the cops told us to go home?
Is there anyone I can complain to or file some sort of complaint? Or am I just practically screwed royally?

Damn That sucks........... We are actually online at ign.com Heres the link,http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/669/669131p1.html. If you look at the photos I.m the one with the hennessy Privilege Bottle Sticking out my jacket grinning like theres no tomorrow.(i know i didnt know they were gonna take the picture yet) But all was cool over there. They had us wait until 6 in the morning then they passed out vouchers, and told us we had to be at the store at 8am to buy the 360. And only one's with the voucher would get to buy one. They had a total of 24 core systems and 24 premium systems. The whole time I was first in line but when I returned at 8 I noticed I was the last one!!.. But all was well becuase they had only 2 premiums when I got up to the register. Yea it sucks when you have to wait hours to find out you dont get nothing.

Oh yea I forgot to mention I'm a pack-rat when it comes to video games. I hardly get to play the ones I have now, let alone open the ones I buy. LOL I know stupid, But what can I say....... .......... ....... You would too if you were in my shoes...
