Hey folk's how's it going! I haven't been able to jump on the HQ lately due to internet issues! But in the meantime I was able to build myself a nice rig.
Specs:
- Intel i7 4770k Processor (Overclocked to 4.4GHz @ 1.25volts)
- MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming Motherboard
- Kingston HyperX Predator RAM
- Corsair H100i Extreme Liquid Cooler
- Coolermaster Silent Pro M2 1000w Power Supply
- Samsung 840 PRO 128GB Solid State Drive
- Western Digital Black 1TB Hard Disk Drive
- Coolermaster Storm Stryker Case
- Additional Coolermaster Excalibur Fan (mounted on bottom)
- Asus VG248QE 24" 3D 144Hz 1ms Monitor
- Logitech Z313 Speaker System
- Standard Microsoft Keyboard & Mouse
In total there are 6 fans. One to cool the hard drives, front and back as intake, bottom as intake, and the two fans mounted to the watercooler radiator as exhaust! I am just waiting to get my GeForce GTX 780 and it will be 100% complete!
The case even has air filters to prevent dust from clogging the internals up!
The computer startup speed is incredible with the SSD. I average about 15 seconds for boot with MSI Fast Boot enabled!
Let me know what you guys think of it! I know we got lots of case modders here so hopefully you guys like it! _________________________________________________________

Thanks man, love it so far! I've been gaming a fair amount of Bioshock, I can only play on medium while maintaining a high frame rate since I don't have my graphics card yet! But all games so far have been playable on medium and some on high!
The solid state is unreal, I decided to bite the bullet and buy a well-named SSD and so far it seemed to pay off! I am yet to see the difference in the power bill! One of the main reasons I chose to get a Haswell processor was their apparently better power consumption running low-load tasks and at idle! _________________________________________________________

Thanks guys! Lately it's been hitting 95C on 100% load. Not too sure why as my room temperature has been the same! _________________________________________________________

when you get your graphics card, i'd suggest checking out BF4.. It's pretty sweet on a nice machine.. Blows the 360 out of the water, that's for sure. _________________________________________________________ HQ Network:
