Oh and hows this for bad luck.. remembber i posted my thread last night that i installed my xkey all good.. Yes well that was the case last night.. It was working flawlessly, allowing me to search my usb hdd's.. But then today i turned it on again, work just fine, turned it off for lunch. Came back like 20 mins later, no good..
The thing is in pass through mode, then it changs toemulation mode, wtf.. i contacted the guys from ozmodchips and hopefully they can replace it under warranty,. This is crazy, i got like 24hrs use from it before it went bad.
I have installed several others so far, not a problem. Now i install my own and LEMON!.. hahahha
oh and btw.. i did nothing wrong.. It was working 100%.. I didnt config the wireless either and thank god. now to wait for that replacement. _________________________________________________________ HQ Network:

Try having dvd files but no isos on your disc.
Did your Xbox give you a Red dot also?
It might be a bad rip but when I tried Assassins creed 3 it loaded and then got stuck at a white screen..Gonna try and get Halo 4 working tonight.

nope the chip is fucked.. It worked perfectly and i have set up a few now, so i know its screwed,, Im so pissed off right now.. I finally did my own and typical, its fucked.. I never had problems with the Xk3y board, all of the xk3y I installed work fine.
Did you try troubleshooting? Like rebuilding the Sd card?

yep, all the normal checks, rebuilt the sd card, tried another SD card, checked my firmware again. double checked the ribbon cables etc etc.. i can't believe it worked first go, then all i did was power off and leave it alone.
I didn't even do an update or anything. just got it installed and was planning on doing that the next day.
anyway, hopefully when this brand new chip turns up this week i will be happy again. eitherway ill get one sorted.. worse case it could turn out to be one of those 1 in 300 consoles.. _________________________________________________________ HQ Network:
