YouTube has a billion and 1 steps on how to do this.

Forget Youtube, you are in the best place.
You must start by telling what drive do you have. Have you open the console?
If not tell me the manufacture date (it's in the back of the console) _________________________________________________________

I have tutorials on youtube too, but there is a lot of crap there. it's best to use our tutorial section and forums _________________________________________________________

Just for anyone who might be wanting to change out/replace a broken drive or whatever, here is an old tutorial which will explain things much clearer for you all. This is the process i used like 20+ times to replace drives in customers boxes.
