^^ i'm hoping they get more coverage by the time i have the cash for the mega-everdrive, maybe a little cheaper by then but maybe not? (i hate predicting economics because it never goes where i hope and the best case scenario is usually i break even)

i collect games as well as hardware but cartridge systems are by far the "chunkiest" per cartridge to accommodate and i foolishly got rid of most of them some years ago!
i've been watching the spoof scene for some time now and quite a lot of systems are getting a new lease of life without modifying the console in any way...this extends to FPGA cards, the plug-n-play variety with NO soldering required!
i'm a bit PISSED at another place sporting a concept image of an FPGA card for the dreamcast (playing on the hopes of some of the DC crowd) when the audience, US as gamers were DEMANDING PROOF of a release, give us a relz date damn you bastards....nothing came of it or any updates...all talkware and no PROOF-ware!
when the day an FPGA card FOR THE DREAMCAST is publicly available...

1, i'll be a happy c*nt! it's my favorite game console (bar ps2/xbox) and i'm not saying that out of fanboyisms (never follow the fan scene) but as a true gamer that wants to play his GDi's (retail rom dump) on original hardware and a hdd (sm at a push)
