to be honest i hated the site when i first joined, there are too many buttons to push, i feel like im a commercial jet pilot, when i just want to drive a car, this design looks less like your hoarding the internets hyperlinks. right now im looking at 6 tab bars of links, its like when malware tools bars rape internet explorer. this new design is a bump into the future/present.
The new design is great and very modern, definitely dig it
The forums look much nicer and easier to navigate, are the actual topics going to look much different?
I really like the achievements/screens/videos pages, very well done. It would be cool if you could search for achievements (from all games) and it have a pop down search autofill, although may take up a lot of resources
I really like the calendar, very helpful, however just needs a system so if there are a bunch of releases it isn't 10 feet tall lol. Possibly if a day has more than 2/3 events you can click on it and a pop up comes up (like sites usually do with images) and then it displays the events on that day

I'm struggling to decide what to do about the new xbox one and a site for HQ.. Should i continue to update 360-hq with the new skin and build a new site for the Xbox ONE or should i try to intergate it into 360-HQ? God i have so much work ahead of me no matter what i do. The Xbox 360 and Xbox ONE will be nothing alike. Therefore, I really believe they shouldn't be on the same site. What I hate most about the new console name is I am still buying/researching stuff for original xbox. Now I can't call it "xbox 1" anymore when googling etc. Very stupid.

Since there will be no way of searching for xbox 1 over xbox one, maybe a dual site on xbox-hq will get all the searches for the first xbox and the latest xbox.

xbox-hq is just as large as 360-hq.. It's taken me near 6 months to get the new skin complete for 360-HQ only, then it would take over 12 months to skin and update xbox-hq.. Im thinking time-wise too. The new skin could be used for a brand new site since i already own xboxone-hq.com. It's much easier to install a new site then it is to edit existing sites which are huge (and you know they are).. lol
