I've been a member of this site for well over a year now and i don't think I have ever posted in a fourm before but now is the time for help.
See i have this crazy idea for a mod, well crazy is kinda harsh, it's actually quite simple...

Take the LCD screen off of my iBook G4 12" with a busted logic board.
and hook it up to my 360. Something along the lines of an attachable 12" screen instead of the puny 9.2" one.
i figure that since i already have the VGA cables those would be the ones that I would use.
I've never done anything this complicated but, there is a real pratical reason for this. In a few months i ship out and, space is tight on a ship so I need to use it wisely.

Yeah I've seen it. But i really just want to add a High Quality screen. Some thing I can just fold flat when not in use.
I'm having problems with three things:
1. connecting the wires correctly (mapping the screen and the 360 output)
2. powering the screen properly
3. finding a way to attach it so it will open and close.
As I said before this is more complex than I've done before. Ive done alot of simple stuff. (leds, case mods, hdd's and the like)

Why not just look into a third party lcd screen for your 360??
I have seen them..
I know they are a little pricey but ill bet they are nice quality.
I got shipped one for the xbox1 when they cam out way back and they were great then.
I think i even added some screens to our hardware area here:

The bad news is I don't Know what I'm gonna do next...
I figure that this is the cable for video

there are some other wires that are almost certainly power supply.
Arrrgh! I think i might be over my head with this one but I'm still hopeful cause Ive called 2 friends that Know more than me.
