Looks very nice, and handy. What girl is going to turn you down for a date if you are carrying that around...

That would be a bipod. Kind of like a kick stand.
Nice rig bro. .308 will definitely take care of business. You're in Australia right Monsterboy? Was wondering how the gun laws are over there. _________________________________________________________
I am working on an Armalite 308 myself man, i see that there is no charging handle and no buffer tube so i am guessing it works on the m1 style action?
And is that a 20 inc barrel, whats a mag cap, and last one but who is the scope brand and what magnification?
Nice looking gun as i love my Ruger mini-14 5.56/223 with the m1 action since it is well known to hold up under extreme conditions like an AK but still maintain accuracy.

Yeh man, hard to get a weapon in Austraila. Alot changed since the Martin Bryant shootings in Tasmania.. He took out a heap of people. _________________________________________________________ HQ Network:

Yeah mate,M1 Style action. All we can use here except in the military.
20" Barrel,10 shot mag and the scope is a Bushnell 4200 elite tactical 6-24x50. I bought this rifle as is for $3000.... The model is actually a Savage M10 BAS-K .308. Check it out here..

I also got a ruger mini-14 bro but it's in papua new guinea as they are illegal here.
Gun laws are strict in oz but here in the NT where i am with the army they are a bit more relaxed due to the large open areas and many farmers who need them for pest control.
We mainly hunt boar/pigs,goat,wild dog, wild buffalo, wild camel and scrub bulls as they do a lot of damage to the land and crops.
I took my dogs out hunting the other night and my boy(14month old mastif x pit bull)got torn up through the legs by something before i could get there in the swamp. Just getting in to it as i have gotten used to the 100% humidity and 100mm of rain each week.
