Exclusive BF3 BETA "Caspian Border" PC Gameplay

UPDATE FOR THOSE HAVING THE PING ERROR MESSAGE WHEN TRYING TO JOIN A GAME>>>>>
Just below the "Join Quick Match" button you will see small blue text about server filter. Click on that instead.
if you do this you will be taken to a page where you check some boxes for what kind of server you want to get into, Check the Metro map, the check for your part of the world and then just check just about everything else so it will pull up the highest number of servers.
Now it will pull up a list of servers and show how many people in each server, find one with space and try to join, if you get in quick enough you can play. Forget the QUICK MATCH button.

I have been trying to get in a game all day with no luck, I keep getting the error stating my ping was blocked.
Someone mentioned a hack that will let you get on some other servers and even play the Caspian map, thats the map with 64 players and is very big and outdoors, with the jets and tanks.
Even those servers are almost always full. I did manage however to get into one game on a metro map and my pc ran it great, no issues and steady around 80 FPS.
I might post the hack later if the issues continue.

Did you get in yet or are you still getting those errors??
I'm going to be downloading everything tonight when i finish work.

I would forget about trying to get in the same server with a friend, Also there seems to be no mic support in the game, so you have to text your team mates on the PC version.

Ya, I played on the Caspien Map a few times last night, Fantastic! Huge beautiful map, 64 players with no lag. You snipers would love it. with the long distance shots the round has travel time and bullet drop, you can watch it travel to its impact. The map had a sh** load of tanks. plenty of jets and choppers in the air, but the map is big and open enough you are not getting raped by them. They have a ground mounted gun you get into that is like the one they have on the navy ships, looks like a dome with a Gatling gun sticking out if it for shooting down missiles and aircraft. and when you are a passenger in a jeep and the driver is hitting bumps and jumping burms, the sound is awesome you hear the creaking, rattling of the vehicle frame and you feel like your teeth are rattling.
Maybe Ill put up a clip of it after I blur out my name in the video just in case. I do not want to get in trouble, although I did not see anything in the agreement that prohibited posting videos of the beta game play, but I was in a server I should not have been.
Which by the way.... All the caspian servers seem to have been taken down, Thats too bad, it was a blast, I think that map is how this game is ment to be played. Much different feel and style than the Metro map.

Here is some of my first game on The Caspian Border Map on the PC.
I figured out how to turn all the graphic settings up to max so my FPS are no longer in the 80's, But it is still running smooth.
The servers for caspian are now shut down.
Keep in mind this video has been screen captured, edited and converted several times so lost quite a bit of resolution. The game looks much better than even the video shows.

Im still ranking up in the BETA on 360 since i have heard it carries over to the full game.. woo hoo..
The video you did turned out great..
