well you can always download the latest update from xbox.com and put it on a flash drive thats what i do. They have a new method if you have downloaded the latest jungleflasher you can go to the documents part on there and in the tutorial it shows all you have to do. Which is if you have a probe 3 t-x or maximus probe cant remember what its called or you can make your own and all you have to do is probe one spot on all lite-ons to pull the key that is if its a fat model. MPX01 i think is were it is all is said in the jf tut. But its easy as pie if you have the right stuff. This is what you probe after you are fully updated they first recommend to flash back to stock then update then pull key then flash.
